This is a little bit of craziness....
Decided to redo Games WOD 11.1 and ended up getting one more snatch.. Final score of 307 (6 rounds, 30 DU, 7 snatches) ONE MORE REP than last time... Really painful, but it proved to me that I'm not going to magically figure out a WOD and be able to do significantly better the second time within a week unless something catastrophic happened the first time (fell, dropped bar on self, etc)
About 10 minutes after WOD 11.1, we decided to do a 30 minute, as many muscle ups as possible, rest as needed WOD... I ended up getting to 85 at around 28 minutes... so, I decided to see how long it would take to get 100! My hands are tore up, but it was worth it!
