Friday Afternoon, Second WOD... 20# Med Ball..
Today (Saturday), I took the morning off and warmed up, stretched and then did the mainsite WOD..
Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
I did a few warm up sets with 65, 75 and 95.. then did 125-125-125-125-125-125-125.. the last few sets felt much better! I'm still getting my form down on the strict press - learning to build power without my legs helping.. tough, but its getting better.
