12.1

Did WOD 12.1. Still a little sick, head cold, but not terrible. Results are mostly lack of consistent training since September, but, its a good opportunity to swallow my pride and just do it for the sake of doing the best I can! Got 90, and it HURT. Good motivation to start getting up in the mornings before work!!!
