KB Overhead squats were good, did 64lb kb, not too bad. 60-30-20 max pushups, also not terrible.
1-arm KB cramped up my back yet again, every single time (3 times now) we've done them my back has cramped up. I think I need to do some serious, regular GHD back work to get this worked out. Nothing else causes it....
