Saturday Strength:
3-3-3-3-3 Front Squat
warmed up with 135x5(2 sets), 185 x 3
then, 205-225-225-225-225
I need to work on these!! Finding the right bar position seems to be the key. My clean is limited by my front squats... gotta get those up!
Solid month of programming coming up, plus sectionals. Can't wait!
