4MU, 15T2B, 30 Squats
4MU, 10T2B, 20 Squats
4MU, 5T2B, 10 Squats

didn't go for time, tried to string MUs and T2Bs, around 11 min ish

then 45 GHD situps-touch the ground and 45 GHD back extensions..

STRETCH.
