Time was 22 something, I forgot to take a picture of the board!! Everything went really well except the pullups, my arms were cashed from Monday's WOD.. I was doing 3's and 2's towards the last 20-30 pullups.. part of the fun though, learning to deal with the unexpected.

Followed by 350 DUs... DUs were the killer for me in this WOD, all the Bear Complex unbroken and solid. I was able to keep my footing on every rep for once! Felt great. DUS were in 1s, 3s, 5s, 10s.. but mostly 3s and 5s. Amy suggested to slow my hands down when I was doing my 350 DUs post WOD and it really helped!! I think I try and speed up too much during the WODs and it actually slows me down.. I'm going to try and remember to stop, take a deep breath and GO SLOW.
